I just watched this video on YouTube titled "How many megapixels do you need" and I am convinced the MP of this camera should be enough for my needs (32" monitor with 3440x1440 resolution viewed at 1.5 feet away).
It seems that I need to work on considering the environment eg. haze in the air, temperature/thermals, wind... also the lens itself high F number, quality of the lens, shutter speed. I'll keep trying, this is the only camera I shoot with right now even though I have better cameras eg. Sony Alpha Nex-5n and Lumix GH5.
I had included the images below for comparison to illustrate my point/question about branches looking bad far away and big/closer/solid objects looking better.
Resolving power is something too, I think the blue ring 16mm lens with 10MP resolving power is really good/maybe the best with this sensor.

The train image is from a Canon TV-Zoom 15-75mm it looks promising in quality
