Which SSH client do you use ?
- Native Windows CMD terminal or PowerShell
- PuTTY
- mobaxterm ?
- have you stored your key pair in the .ssh folder of your personal folder ?
- do you have a config file for SSH ?
- are you sure this pubkey is already stored in ~/.ssh/authorized_keys ?
can you share your commanline ?
how did you move your SSH key pair from Linux to Windows ?
have you checked their permissions on Windows ?
In case you don't know, mobaxterm is a free tool for windows which is ideal for using the Pis remotely as it supports SSH VNC, SCP SFTP and comes with a Linux emulation for windows (Cygwin) (basically you have a small Linux host in WIndows) and acts as a X11 server... + More...
It makes a lot of things a lot easier when working in a mixed environnement.
