Good evening y'all!
Thank you again for your replies.
I did some additional test.
I cannot understand why, but yeah, the RPi is visible on my router's client list. So it seems the RPi ""just"" won't send the after-boot video signal. But it's weird because I did clean install a couple of months ago with the strict same hardware (screen, HDMI adapter, RPi, accessories).
I already check a couple of times and don't have an HDMI to micro-HDMI wire (only an adapter). I'll order one a let you in touch.

I did some additional test.
I tried with 3 different screens, they all displayed "none" to EDID in the diagnostic screen that I can reach.- check your HDMI cabling and EDID status:
power off your PI
remove the SD card
power on the pi.
- you should get the diagnostic display as shown below. Pay attention to the EDID data status (the last line "display"... below says EDID=OK)
I checked again for the LED status, and it doesn't blink, it keeps solid. If it were my PI:
- Is it visible on my network?
- Watch boot messages on the Pi5's debug UART (3.3v only).
- The Boot Problems Sticky
- LED warning flash codes
