I'm not completely positive that this will work, but the correct Python ecosystem way to solve dependency issues is to use Python's virtual environments (venv) feature to isolate your program from the globally installed Python environment. It's a bit awkward, but it does work the way it should. You can look it up online or in any good Python book.
