What programming language do you use? For temperature only the TMP117 is accurate. I have some experience with the datasheet and using it. It's not waterproof or anything, but I'm not sure if any are. I ported the SparkFun Arduino Library to be an interface library for the Pico C SDK if you need it. Search github for tmp117 Pico.
Anyway, super cool project. I'm after a project for the field using sensors like that. The goal is taking readings at a location while out looking at plants (botanizing).
