Cant' help you with RDP, but the pi comes with VNC server which works well and all you need to use it is a VNC client installed on your computer to access the pi with it.
Search the forums, there are plenty of threads with instructions on how to enable the vnc server in the Pi and how to install a few different versions of vnc client on your computer that will connect to the Pi.
