Raspberry Pi OS • please help. trouble at updates installing.

Error installing packages - Error while installing package: installed rpd-plym-splash package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 2

i got some trouble when after installing the Pi OS image, while installing some updates.
The problem persisted even after reinstalling the OS several times.

i mean while installing updates, after reinstall OS image.

After that, when i use apt install command, always got error like this.

Is this normal?
Do all Rasbpi users experience this issue?
If so, please let me know how to fix it.
