Thanks for the response. Excuse my ignorance, but I'm not sure if using that solution will allow the flexibility people will be looking for. I will look into it though.
Having poor communication skills myself, especially over the net, it would be easy for us all to become frustrated and I would very much like to avoid that. I have no issue in doing my own work. Just looking for a starting point from experienced folks, such as yourself, to avoid false starts.
