so your screen is mounted upside down.

so with the rotation done in kernel command line - which will only (!) rotate your console don't you simply need to load the overlay for the 7in V1 manually (instead of having it autodetected) with the parameters for inverting touchscreen axis

Code:

#display_auto_detect=1dtoverlay=vc4-kms-dsi-7inch,invx,invy
Yes, the screen is mounted upside down. Your solution will work correctly if I permanently hide the cursor and avoid connecting a HID mouse to the device. Otherwise, the mouse input remains inverted (though I know how to address this). However, the inverted overlay, which occurs only when using the mouse as input, poses a challenge that seems impossible to resolve without affecting touchscreen behavior. Additionally, the rotation specified in the command line impacts not only the console but also everything loaded or executed afterward.

I have also edited the image in my second post.
