I can only give a vague answer. I expect you would have to modify the driver to transmit them.
We have no facility in libcamera to handle these pixels "out of band". So the sensor/driver might have to create a mode in which they were attached to the image, if that's possible.
Alternatively, if the sensor generates useful statistics about them -- I don't know if it does -- and you can set the VC/DT to match the Embedded Data, then perhaps a cam helper could parse it. But I'm not sure where it could send the results.
