Have you picked up the top commit from https://github.com/6by9/linux/tree/rpi-6.12.y-adv7180 ?
There are a number of patches being proposed upstream around s_power and initialising this chip that I'm testing at the moment. If they are accepted then I will probably look at backporting them to 6.12 as it is a significant shift.
