Boot-uart message is working normally. I can receive boot messages via uart cable. However, when I turn the power to the rpi5 adapter on and off for about 1 second, the problem occurs, the rpi5 locks up and no information comes from boot-uart. It stays in red light and does not boot. I tried this with different rpi5s and different adapters. I am having this kind of problem. I had to replace the rpi5s we use in the field with rpi3s. Whenever there is a power outage and the power generators are activated, the rpi5s do not work.
