SDK • Accurate 60Hz timer?

I want to have an accurate 60Hz repeating interrupt. With add_repeating_timer_us() I would have to use 16666 or 16667, neither of which is exact. Am I able to get an accurate 60Hz interrupt? And would I be better off setting the sys clock to 124MHz, since the default clock of 125MHz isn't a multiple of 60?

Also, if I have to use PIO, can I initialize a scratch register with a value larger than 31?
