some opinion on the board design
- as already stated, the 3.3V regulator is not needed. For low current needs, you can use the 3.3V output of the pico board.
- the ULN2003 already have flyback diode on the chip. You could omit the external flyback diodes.
- the regulator is placed close to the 'keep free area' of the antenna on the pico. Perhaps place it somewhere else.
- on my boards, I usually add a reset button (with a 10k pullup)
- and I usually have header pins for GND, TX, RX connected to the pico UART. Allows to connect an external USB to tty UART connector. Useful for debugging.
