Timing O_DIRECT disk reads: 1258 MB in 3.00 seconds = 418.82 MB/sec
I'm getting about half that speed with my Kingston NVMe SSD.

pi@knutepi:~ $ sudo hdparm -t --direct /dev/nvme0n1

/dev/nvme0n1:
Timing O_DIRECT disk reads: 822 MB in 3.11 seconds = 264.71 MB/sec

0000:01:00.0 Non-Volatile memory controller: Kingston Technology Company, Inc. NV2 NVMe SSD [SM2267XT] (DRAM-less) (rev 03) (prog-if 02 [NVM Express])
Subsystem: Kingston Technology Company, Inc. NV2 NVMe SSD [SM2267XT] (DRAM-less)

Any thoughts?
Wow ... that's pretty weak!
This is my SN530, tested while compiling 6.12.10 kernel from source --> show us your config.txt

Code:

pi@Pi5-SN530:~ $ sudo hdparm -t --direct /dev/nvme0n1/dev/nvme0n1: Timing O_DIRECT disk reads: 2220 MB in 3.00 seconds = 739.47 MB/sec
My understanding is hdparm is about as useful for testing SSD speed as BogoMips are for CPU.
