In X11 (vd. /etc/xdg/openbox/lxde-pi-rc.xml), Alt+F2 was mapped to execute lxpanelctl run. Is an equivalent action available in labwc?
Also, after checking out the sample labwc rc.xml, I've tried binding the context menu to the "Menu" button (usually Ctrl_R) by adding to the ~/.config/labwc/rc.xml keyboard section:When tested, that got me the WM menu instead of the (mouse) context menu (2nd below instead of the 1st which is from pcmanfm)

Tested also root-menu and client-list-combined-menu. All of them lead to WM menus.
