Compute Module • CM4 Strange Ethernet behavior

Hello.
I designed a custom pcb for cm4 but I have a problem with ethernet.

When connected via a switch, everything works correctly at full speed. Connecting the raspberry pi directly to the PC does not work at all. Connection to the router as well. I checked on 3 different routers.

I needed a low profile rj45 so I used GLPLX-SMT-188S7-QQ-Y-G.

and usblc6-4sc6 diodes.

I would be grateful for any help.
