Would make some mounting fixtures to get all the HW placed in i.e. a. Pelicase.

Make an I/O connection panel with the HDMI connectors i.e. And whatever connector is needed in addition.

I like the idea of a pelican case, but the system will travel in a secure flight case anyway, so maybe its not necessary to have the device case in something like this? something more like an ATX case would be fine.

Forgive me as I'm a little inexperienced in power supplies - but could 1xRSP200 power 5 x Pi4s? Also would it be possible to power my small network switch with it also?
