Kali linux does not support the FAN, and we do not support kali linux. just use RPIOS

His point was that, WE HERE, including raspberry pi staff, do not support Kali Linux.

If Kali gets the fan to work, great. But if the fan, or anything else, is not working on a PI running Kali, then you need to head over to the Kali support channels and ask there.

Same thing for Ubuntu or any other OS that is not the Raspberry Pi OS.
