your command is for firmware only --> KMS simply ignores it!
Well, don't know if that is fully sorted yet.
One would expect that adding below would do the trick:It will rotate splash screen (and console when booting to CLI), it will rotate the GUI, but it WILL NOT rotate the mouse plane when booted to GUI (note: don't have an official DSI so tested that with HDMI-A-1 only)
