Troubleshooting • Re: Cannot sudo apt update or upgrade Pi3B+ or New Pi5

I have the same problem Err:1 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian bullseye InRelease
Temporary failure resolving 'raspbian.raspberrypi.org'
Err:2 http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian bullseye InRelease
Temporary failure resolving 'archive.raspberrypi.org'
I can't ping 8.8.8.8 or my router its a DNS problem but I don't know what is wrong
If you can't ping 8.8.8.8, then it is not just a DNS problem. You don't have a working internet connection. DNS can't work without a connection.

Start with the basics. What do these commands show?

Code:

ip addrip route
Are you using a wireless or wired connection on your Pi?

If wireless, show

Code:

iwconfig
(but hide the ESSID value).
