My system doesn't have anything called clock_adjtime - at least not in the man pages.
It has adjtimex(2) (*) and ntp_adjtime(3). Although they are actually documented together, nominally in section 2, but we know that the later is actually a library call, so technically, it should be in section 3.
(*) And, apparently, adjtime(3).
Anyway, I guess that's one of the many things that makes Linux interesting. It's always changing.
