As you have 5V drivers, you could try putting termination resistors on the end of the wires (data to 0V). Ideally you need to use coax or twisted pairs with their correct impedance loads.
Where is the LED power supply? If its at the pico end, don't share a 0V lead between data and power, use separate leads for the pico ground and the LED power 0V.
