There are Y cables which connect to two USB A pins. You could connect the second cable to a wall power supply and that would at least get you another 500mA. So, using a Y cable (and an extension cable to bring the wall adapter close to your PC) that should allow for 1.3A.
I have not done this before, as a USB 3.0 port allows for my RPi4 2.0GHz overclock to run just fine (as I don't stress it).
