Hello,
I have Raspberry Pi 4B with this display:

Commands:
are not working. Moreover, in Preferences->Screen configuration->...->Orientation, I see only "Normal". "Right", "Inverted" and "Left" options are grayed out. Changing:

Could it be because some overriding feature is blocking the ability to change the screen orientation?
